Option 3 - Free Property Listing This option allows the property owner to advertise his / her property for free. This include residential, business, office, farms or holiday accommodation. On a private property listing done by a property owner no commission is payable as the transaction is directly between the property owner and the buyer. Using this option the contact details of the property owner will be shown on the advertisement. Any interested buyer or person looking for property to let will be able to contact the property owner directly. The advertisement will run for 3 months. Estate agents can list their astate agency for FREE. Your listing will include your logo with a short description of the services you provide as well as the area you are operating in. This option is also available for estate agencies interested in advertising their property at a very reasonable rate of R 290.00 per month. For this amount you can list as many properties as you want to. By selecting to do an estate agency listing and advertise your property on the CompuProp website the normal estate agency fee as agree upon between the estate agent and the seller will be payable to the estate agency. All search results will always indicate whether a specific listing is an estate agent listing, a private listing or a free listing. This option is only available for rentable property (Residential / Commercial / Office) in the Pretoria / Centurion / Midrand region. The Free Listing option allows you to advertise your property on our well marketed website at absolutely no cost to you. This option is not allowed for holiday accomodation or property for sale. However, should a transaction flow from the advertisement on the website and your property being let through the website a monthly commission of 6,50% of the monthly rent is payable to CompuProp. This will be done by signing a Mandate to Let and Administrate Property. We will inspect the property on a regular basis to ensure that your property is being looked after and taken care of. If your rentable property is outside of the Pretoria / Centurion / Midrand region you can still do a private listing and expect great results.
