| There is no reason why you will not be able to list your property. We however recommend that you study the ageement you have with the estate agency to establish the facts in this regard. |
Do I have to register to use the Compuprop website? |
| You do not have to register should you just want to browse through the properties listed on the site. If however you want to submit an enquiry on any of the properties listed or you want to list a property or make use of the contracts on the website, you will have to register. |

| When you advertise a property for sale and you have lected the private listing option, no commission is payable as your contact details will appear with the advertisement and prospective buyers will contact you directly. We only have space for a certain number of properties to be listed as featured properties. All properties are selected to be shown as featured properties. As the number of properties exceed the space available for featured properties, the properties rotate and will from time to time be shown as a featured property |
